HOW TO BOOK: fill out linked form if you have any questions before you’re ready to submit the form along with your deposit you can email me here at Isabella@chapteronetattoo.com or call the shop to set up a complimentary consultation if you have a vision you’d like to discuss before booking 619-255-8400

PRE CARE AND AFTER CARE: I uploaded a document to the Google Drive we can upload to the website.
Recommended after care products: Soap: Dr. Bronner’s baby soap, hustle butter foaming unscented soap, dial gold antibacterial soap.
Lotion: lubriderm, aquaphor, mad rabbit, and hustle butter are products that I personally rotate through and use.
HOW TO BOOK FOR AN EVENT: submit a form on contact page
DEPOSITS: All appointments require a $100 deposit. This holds your appointment slot and comes off of the final cost of the tattoo. The deposit is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. If you need to reschedule please do so within a 72 hour window otherwise you will have to put another deposit down.
PRICING OF DESIGN: Pricing of your design takes into account the level of detail, placement, and how big we go.
RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable but will come off of the final cost of the tattoo day of. If you have multiple sessions it will come off of the last appointment. To have your deposit valid and roll over for a reschedule you need to call the shop or email me directly 72 hours before your appointment time per Chapter One Tattoo policy. TOUCH UPS: I offer complimentary touch-ups up to 3 months after your initial tattoo appointment. Hand tattoos and foot tattoos do not apply. If your hand or foot tattoo needs a touch-up there will be a charge.
